By placing an order with Just Fruits, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products
• All products are fruit purées made from natural ingredients
• No artificial preservatives
• Shelf life and storage instructions must be followed
2. Orders
• Orders are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in EGP ,or according to your country’s currency
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Payment must be completed before delivery unless Cash on Delivery is available
4. Delivery
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
• Customer must be available to receive the order
5. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted
• Refunds/replacements are only issued if:
• Product arrives damaged
• Wrong order delivered
• Claims must be made within 24 hours
6. Allergies & Responsibility
• Customers must check ingredients before consumption
• Just Fruits is not responsible for allergic reactions
7. Intellectual Property
• All branding, logo, and content belong to Just Fruits
• Cannot be used without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Improper storage after delivery
• Delayed consumption
• Misuse of products
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt
